Creditor Clients
What do you charge for your collection services?
Our fees depend on various factors that have to do with you, the creditor, and your accounts. Our consumer collections are usually performed on a contingency basis. Our commercial collections can be done on contingency, hourly or a combination, depending upon the circumstances. Please call us and we will prepare a quote for you.
Can you describe your collection process?
Yes. We can describe the collection process to you in detail, but not over the internet. Please call us and let’s talk about it.
We have heard that you have a “premium program” for certain creditors, can you describe it?
Yes. Contact us to set up a phone consultation. We would be happy to discuss it with you.
Business/Small Business Clients
Are you willing to perform legal services for me on a flat fee basis?
Yes, so long as we can somewhat accurately predict the scope of your needs. Many clients prefer flat fee legal work so that they can contain costs. We accommodate this preference whenever possible. When it is not possible we can work hourly – and provide detailed, understandable bills.
You said you provide discounts for certain clients, will you please explain this?
Yes, we show our appreciation to our creditor clients by providing them with discounted “non-collection” legal services.
